All A's: This dominant puppy is bright and interactive. Raising him will take
concentration, consistency and time. His favorite expression is "What's Next!"
All N's: Easy going and contained, this puppy will be pleasant and self-assured, though
perhaps not terribly motivated to follow your agenda when it conflicts with his own. His
favorite expression is "Is it absolutely necessary?"
All P's: This puppy has a weak self-esteem and needs your reassurance to feel safe.
Without proper lessons and socialization, he'll be shy. His favorite expression: "It's been
3 minutes, do you still love me?"
Mix of A and N's: This active puppy will want to be in the middle of everything but will
show slightly more impulse control when stimulated. His favorite expression is: "Let's do
it again"
Mix of N and P's: This self-assured puppy will be easygoing and gentle yet with a
stronger sense of self than a completely passive puppy. Because he's more composed,
he'll be an ideal puppy for a calm house with or without older children.
Favorite expression: "Another back scratching please!"

Toddler Pupdate
This is really such a lovely litter of puppies! All have started on puppy mush and progressed to "puppy cereal" which is when we mix dry kibble with warm water, and immediately serve (so it is still a little crunchy). They love mealtimes and are a bit messy! They are still working on using their potty tray system, improving a little each day. What is most exciting is getting to see their personalities emerge...
Ms. Purple: Little Purple is the quiet, sweet sister of the bunch. She enjoys gentle playtime and has an easy going temperament. She has a serious expression, but don't let that fool you, she is also a cuddle bug. 1lb 14oz
Ms. Pink: This loving girl is cuddly, loving, and attentive! She is a little explorer who is able to entertain herself a bit (but she isn't standoffish, she LOVES people). 2lb 4oz
Ms. Mint: This is the wild child of the bunch, oh my goodness she keeps me on my toes. She is bold, confident, and very playful. 2lb 12oz
Ms. Blue: This sweet girl has a lovely, middle of the road temperament. She is happy to cuddle, or happy to play, as long as she is with YOU! 2lb 9oz
Mr. Yellow: What a HAM! This handsome, hunky fella is super fun! He is clumsy, playful, and an all around happy pup. Like everyone else in this litter, he loves people! 2lb 7oz
Mr. Red: This little booger is PRECIOUS! This boy doesn't walk, he prances :) He is full of personality and makes good eye contact. He is one smart cookie, and the smallest male pup. 2lb 1oz
Mr. Green: This precious cutie has such a sweet personality. He is easy going, gentle, and gives sweet kisses when you hold him. He loves other dogs. 2lb 7oz

Holly's litter is growing up quickly! All pups are healthy and so friendly and interactive. They have started wagging their tails and all it takes is for someone to say "Hi Babies" and they are all up and wagging. Mommy Holly checks in frequently but is spending less time in the puppy pen, giving herself a break from these chubby little babies who really love to eat! We are going to introduce puppy mush soon.

Early Neurological Stimulation Video
Holly's babies have had "early neurological stimulation" aka ENS once a day since they were 3 days old. ENS consist of 5 simple exercises that help produce more resilient puppies. We filmed their "graduation" day of ENS at 16 days of age to share the process with you! You may notice their eyes starting to open :)
ENS was developed by the US Military to improve the performance of future military working dogs. Five benefits have been observed in canines that were exposed to ENS, including improved cardio vascular performance (heart rate); stronger heart beats; stronger adrenal glands; more tolerance to stress; and greater resistance to disease. You can learn more about ENS on the AKC website HERE.
*We put newborn collars on for the first time on the same day that we take newborn photos. In the past, I have always assigned the yellow color to females and blue color to males. Well, Holly's Blue and Yellow decided it was time that I let go of gender norms, and they switched spots without me realizing it! After wearing their colors for a week, I can't wrap my head around switching them now, so I am happy to share that Holly's "Mr. Yellow" and "Ms. Blue" are firsts for our program!
