6th Pupdate
Puppies are all doing so well and growing up quickly. This week they didn't seem to gain a lot, but I suspect they were engorged with food at last week's weigh-in. Pups are getting very playful and active. This is such a sweet litter, I look forward to before-bedtime snuggles with them every day.
I so look forward to meeting everyone on Dec 5th at puppy pickup!!! If you haven't already, please make sure that you look over the New Owner's Page, specifically the Take Home Info. I will be emailing you this information this week as well.

All pups had a perfect vet exam!
5th Pupdate
Vet visits for these cuties is scheduled for the afternoon of the 24th.
Red Spring Farm will not be keeping a pup from this litter.
Selection day is tomorrow (11/21)! Please make sure to email me your selection list by 6PM EST. I will keep my computer open and check it periodically throughout the day. Do me a favor- if you email me any questions, please start a NEW email rather than responding to an old one. This will help me see your email a little easier :)
This is such a sweet little litter. Mr. Red scored 100% neutral, and Mr. Blue, Mr. Green, Ms. Pink, and Ms. Purple scored neutral to passive. All pups will do just fine in about any home situation (homes with kids, active senior adults, doggy siblings, etc). though keep in mind, more passive pups may take a little longer to adjust to their new environment. As always, make sure to expose your pup to all sorts of new situations, sounds, smells, people, and other pets, and this is especially true with the smaller sized doodles (because the world can be big and scary when you only weigh a couple pounds)!
Ms. Pink: 1lb 12oz: Ms. Pink has a middle of the road temperament in this group. She is an easy going pup. She is a very smart girl who will thrive in a home that wants to teach their dogs high level obedience or special tricks. It will be hard for us to let this girl go (as she was going to be our keeper from this litter) but we don't have a guardian home ready for her. She will make a great addition for a lucky family!
Ms. Purple: 1lb 4oz: I always have such a hard time letting the little ones go. Ms. Purple is a sweetie who will bond strongly with her family. She lights up the second I pick her up, and can't get enough cuddles. She is a little more reserved than her siblings, but not overly so. This is very common in little ones (our personal dog, Ginger, was the same way). She will blossom in a home that gives her time to adjust the first few days, and will continue to build her confidence and properly socialize her. She is quite small, and will be the smallest from this litter full grown. It is hard for me to guess exactly, since this is Boone and Sadie's 1st litter, but I estimate 10-12lbs.
Mr. Red: 1lb 12oz: This handsome fella is ready to play! He is active, and loves to interact with people. His little tail never stops wagging! He is the most outgoing and confident pup in this group and will thrive in an active home.
Mr. Blue: 2lb 4oz: Mr. Blue is all boy! He is easy going, a little goofy, and loves toys. He is a chunky monkey that is food motivated and sweet as can be. I expect he will be in the high end of the expected weight range since he is the largest.
Mr. Green: 1lb 14oz: Still SUCH a sweetheart, just look at those puppy eyes!!! They make my heart melt. Green is an easy going, quiet pup with an old soul (and a heart of gold). He enjoys playtime with his siblings, but quiet cuddle time with lots of kisses is his favorite thing in the world. He isn't a pushy pup... he is sweet, sensitive, and loving.

All A's: This dominant puppy is extremely bright and interactive. Raising him will take concentration, consistency and time and an experienced owner is recommended. They can be extremely rewarding pets for someone who wants to have a highly trained companion or competition dog of some sort (Agility, dock diving, etc).
All N's: Easy going and contained, "All N" puppies will be pleasant and an ideal pet for most families. These middle-of-the-road pups are confident enough that they won't live for their owner's approval and guidance like a "P" puppy would (N pups can be stubborn at times) but they won't be as defiant as an "A" puppy can be.
All P's: This puppy has a weak self-esteem and needs your reassurance to feel safe. Without proper lessons and socialization, he'll be shy. With proper socializing, "P" pups can "built up" to make excellent family dogs and tend to be very attached to their owners.
Mix of A and N's: This active puppy will want to be in the middle of everything but will show more impulse control when stimulated than an all "A" puppy. "A/N" puppies are great for loud/active families that want a pup with lots of personality and confidence, but that are not nearly as intense as "all A" puppies.
Mix of N and P's: This self-assured puppy will be easygoing and gentle yet with a stronger sense of self than a completely passive puppy. Because he's more composed, he'll be an ideal puppy for a calm household.

Important Information below- please read thoroughly and mark dates in your calendar!!!
1) Selection Day
Puppy selections are done remotely (NOT in person) in the order of the reservation list. This litter's selection day is on Saturday, November 21st.
To make your selection, your family must create a list from your first pick puppy to last pick puppy from all of the puppies in this litter. You must email it to me no later than 6PM on selection day (November 21st). Pupdates, photos, videos, and 5 week temperament testing is provided on this page to help you with your decision, and of course I am available to discuss any additional questions. Please try to email me any questions by Friday evening so that I have time Saturday to respond to everyone (if you have lots of questions, do not hesitate to number them and shoot them all to me in one email, then I can knock them all out at once)!
I will begin at the 1st family on the reservation list, assign them the next available puppy that is highest on their selection list, and then move on to the next family's list and repeat the process. I will continue in this manner until everyone has a puppy.
If you fail to submit your selection list and cannot be contacted via the phone number submitted on your application, this will result in your name being moved to the bottom of the reservation list. This date is posted well in advance above, and it is your responsibility to reach out to us with your decision!
2) Final Payments/Contracts
We only accept deposits online. Final payments ($2800) are to be paid in full via check and mailed to our home (no online or bank-to-bank transactions, sorry). Checks AND signed contracts must be mailed to our home and I must receive your check by November 28th! Our local post office is very small. I recommend that you mail your check ASAP, so that it has plenty of time to arrive. Due to COVID-19, we are NOT accepting cash or any form of payment at pickup unless special arrangements are made in advance. Please reach out if mailing a check is not possible for you. Please make checks payable to Red Spring Farm LLC... mail checks and contracts to our home address: (SENT IN EMAIL)!
Typically contracts are signed at pickup. To prevent unnecessary contact on pickup day, I will be emailing you a copy of our contract (there is also a link below). Please print out a copy, initial each section, sign the bottom of each page, and mail it to us with your final payment check. I will fill out all the puppy information, spay neuter dates, etc. sign it, and provide you with a completed copy at puppy pickup in your go-home folder.

4th Pupdate
Hello all! Ms. Sadie's clan is doing very well. Due to their size, it will likely be closer to the middle of this week before we introduce their potty pan (we don't need those cute feet slipping through the potty rack). They have started taking little excursions out of their pen to explore our puppy room and even the outside world for a few minutes here and there. They even get occasional sniff-and-say-hi meetings with Daisy's crew.
Ms. Pink: 1lb 8oz: This gal is the little thinker of the group! She gets SO focused on new stimuli, which is a little unusual for her age. She is vocal when I enter the room and often "yips" at me when I first walk in. She prefers to be held upright where she can take in everything new, but will give in to cradling if you scratch her belly (her little foot will kick because it feels SO good)!
Ms. Purple: 1lb 2oz: This precious little one reminds me so much of her mommy Sadie. She is a little cuddler who will fall asleep cradled in your arms. She generally prefers quiet cuddle time to active exploring, though I expect this will change as she gets older because she is getting more and more interested in toys and will leave my lap to explore if somethings smells yummy or if a stuffed toy is small enough for her to wrestle with (I think she likes feeling like a "big" pup for once)!
Mr. Red: 1lb 9oz: This active little man is always on the move, ready to explore. He has a very expressive face and will furrow his eyebrows when he hears something loud or intimidating- but after a pause will move forward to explore it. He is a blast to watch and his goofy side is already coming out.
Mr. Blue: 1lb 13oz: This big boy of the group. I am not sure that "gentle giant" is the right term because he is still a little puppy, but it fits his easy going demeanor. This guy is a happy 'dood' who likes to explore new things but then wants to find a cuddle spot to snooze in (preferably in your lap). I expect he will be on the higher side of the expected weight range (likely approaching, but not exceeding, 20lbs).
Mr. Green: 1lb 10oz: This handsome fella is the sweetheart of the group! He is mild mannered and happy to be held in almost any position. He responds to voices and wants to snuggle up and kiss you... and he is already a tail wagger! If you want a cuddle-bug, this is your guy.

3rd Pupdate
Hello all! We are excited to share higher quality pictures this week thanks to a camera upgrade :) We hope you enjoy!
We made an error in our Pupdate system. We had this litter's "Happy Birthday" Pupdate also listed as the 1st Pupdate- jumping this group forward 1 week by accident. They are still a bit too young for us to add personality details yet! This will happen for the first time next week- we know you are excited!
We have noticed that Mr. Green's coat has been getting more curly as he grows. His mommy, Sadie (who has been confirmed genetically wavy) had a little more texture than the average wavy pup at his age, HOWEVER, the flash on our camera really showed his curls this week and I feel that he may actually be curly rather than wavy as we initially predicted. If this eliminates him as an option for you, please let me know immediately. For coat comparison, I will include a couple photos of mommy Sadie as a puppy below the litter weights.

2nd Pupdate
We have PEEPERS! Ms. Sadie's litter is beginning to open their eyes and will be moved this weekend to the big puppy room (same room as Daisy's litter) so that there will be a vast range of new sounds and smells for their growing brain to process as their ears open. All pups are chunky and growing very well. Sadie is a fantastic mother!

1st Pupdate
Hello all! After an eventful week, I am so happy to announce that Ms. Purple is 100% done with assisted feedings (where I help her latch) at night. I am very excited to sleep in my own bed and to enjoy a full night of sleep again! During the day I will continue to try and help her out 3-4x, but I feel that this isn't really necessary. She hit her goal weight of 200 grams on schedule, and her suction is very strong. She is even big enough for her ID collar :)
I am hopeful that from here on out, everything goes smoothly/normally. Sadie is such a cheerful, attentive 1st time mommy. We are very proud of her! All pups are gaining weight rapidly.
Ms. Pink: 273 grams
Ms. Purple: 199 grams
Mr. Red: 286 grams
Mr. Blue: 398 grams
Mr. Green: 343 grams

October 17th 2020 - Happy Birthday Puppies!
10/17: Sadie gave birth to 5 healthy puppies this morning, after laboring ALL night! Mom and pups are doing well. 2 girls (1 red/apricot and 1 blonde) and 3 boys (all red/apricot). All pups appear wavy at this time. Sadie's Puppy Cam will start streaming tomorrow evening (10/18) and individual photos will be posted at that time. I will take a group photo for you this evening. Last night was a long night, so mommy Sadie and I will be catching up on some much needed sleep today during the day. I will be in touch with families on Monday :)
10/18: One pup (the darker colored girl) struggled through her first night. She is the smallest, and weaker than the others, I expect her energy was zapped from the long labor. We gave her supportive oxygen and tube-fed a couple times, that seemed to perk her up considerably. She seems to have turned a corner, but keep her in your thoughts. For those emailing- expect a response in a day or two. We have had a couple long days here, and puppy care + self care (I need sleep too!) is my priority right now. Thank you!!!!!
Introducing:
Ms. Pink: Golden/blonde girl, wavy coat, newborn weight 189 grams
Ms. Purple: Red/Apricot girl, very small, wavy coat, newborn weight 118 grams
Mr. Red: Red/Apricot boy, wavy coat, newborn weight 187 grams
Mr. Blue: Red/Apricot boy, wavy coat, newborn weight 261 grams
Mr. Green: Red/Apricot boy, likely wavy coat, newborn weight 211 grams
